Important Terms and Disclosures (“Terms”): Electronic SMS Text Messaging (“Service”). This GFA Federal Credit Union (“GFA”) electronic communication channel is a confidential SMS Text Message exchange between you (the intended “Recipient”) and a GFA employee (“Sender”). All messages (including any accompanying attachments) are for informational and administrative purposes only and not intended as an offer or promotion. By communicating with the Sender, Recipients will continue to acknowledge these Terms and acknowledge that standard text messaging rates may apply. Monetary transactions or fund transfer requests will not be accepted through the Service. These messages are not an official confirmation of any transaction/fund transfer. Opting-Out. If at any time you wish to stop the Service and no longer receive text messages, you must text “Stop” to the Sender. |

Location Information. If you have enabled location services on your phone and agree to the collection of your location when prompted by the Services, we will collect location data when you use the Services even when the app is closed or not in use; for example, to provide our fraud detection services.
